Dishonest Hashtag Hating Blogs

The Filter Fakers Blog Calls Out Cheating Instagram Users

The Filter Fakers Tumblr keeps Instagram honest by exposing users who have committed filter fraud.

Instagram is hashtag happy with users exclaiming #nofilter on their suspiciously beautiful photos but the creative duo Oskar Sundberg and Per Stenius have had enough. Their site displays a collection of photo-enhancing users who claim otherwise. You will find that each post features a newly-dubbed "Filterfaker" with a fraudulent picture in question, their caption and #nofilter hashtag, their username, and finally the incriminating filter used. The blog encourages wary users to send in Instagram links for honesty verification.

The Filter Faker blog is the fourth project by the Kinda a Big Deal duo who will undoubtedly be kept busy as our friendly neighborhood Instagram inspectors.
