Etros Spring 2010 collection was a conglomerate of suits and separates that celebrated the inner geek in all of us and saw nancy boys prancing down the runway.

The models, were geeked-out to perfection with florals, pastel prints, yellow jeans and cut-offs (which have, thankfully, not been seen since the eighties).

Etro's Spring 2010 collection could accurately be described as flamboyant.

Implications - Being a geek is no longer the social stigma that it used to be. In fact, in this age of social media billionaires and web 2.0 whiz kids, it is in fact cool to be a nerd. Silicon valley is the new Hollywood, and forward-thinking fashion designers are wiser to that fact than ever before.
