Sparkly Structural Trinkets

The Eddie Borgo Spring 2012 Collection is Stunningly Glamorous

It's hard to concentrate on the upcoming winter season, cold weather, and the quickly approaching holidays when pieces as bold and distractingly pretty as the Eddie Borgo Spring 2012 collection are hitting the markets.

Jewelry designer Eddie Borgo was inspired by artist Robert Mapplethorpe's geometrically inspired photo frames this season. According to Vogue.com, "[i]t was Mapplethorpe’s powder-coated forms, made from a complex scaffolding of jagged lines, combined with the archives of Trifari and Napier (costume jewelers of the forties and fifties), that transported the designer away from his youthful, hard-edged metallics and into something that more closely resembles the type of accessories that might have been discovered in the dressing room of a bygone movie star."

Check out the rock n' roll inspired Eddie Borgo Spring 2012 collection for some seriously lust-worthy sparklers.
