Eilon Paz Photographs Beloved Vinyl Collections for Dust & Grooves

Dust & Grooves is an amazing online archive featuring photographs of record collectors taken and curated by Eilon Paz. Far from looking staged or generic (think nostalgic dad-rock photos), the images are exultant, joyful and, in some cases, even surprising.

Being a record collector himself, Paz understands the thrill of scouring dusty vinyl shops to find the perfect addition. Through his search, Paz has encountered other like-minded record enthusiasts. Inspired, he decided to photograph and interview them, in what eventually became a series of approximately 130 people. The collection includes Italy's Alessandro Benedetti, who holds the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of vinyl.

Ultimately, Paz has amassed a collection of collectors, and he's not quite done looking.
