Sony launched the 'DualSense V2' controller at CES 2024. This is a new-and-improved official controller for the PlayStation 5 suite of devices. This is likely achieved by what Sony calls Dynamic Triggers on the DualSense V2, which can enable and disable the adaptive trigger function when needed, which saves battery life on games that do not utilize these features.
