Sicilian Western Couture

The Dolce & Gabbana Men's Fall Collection is Fit for Cowboys

East meets West with the release of the Dolce & Gabbana Men's Fall/Winter '16 collection. The iconic Italian label has juxtaposed its traditional Sicilian aesthetic with a rowdy western look.

While Stefano and Domenico Gabbana blessed the fashion world with a very lush and Italian Fall/Winter RTW '16 collection, the brand decided to go in the opposite direction for its menswear side of the collection. Garments are dazzled with cacti, cowboy hats, horsemen, lassos and six-shooters while oversized ponchos, shearling pants and rib knit long johns are also present.

However, even with such a heavy western theme, this Dolce & Gabbana Men's collection still retains the brand's signature Italian style. Contrasting with the cowboy pieces are D&G's pioneered pajamas, as well as premium tailored pieces.
