The Disney+ service was recently revealed at the company's D23 Expo, along with more details about the streaming service. The Disney+ service is scheduled to launch on November 12th and have a $6.99 price point. The company has also confirmed that it will offer approximately 500 movies as well as 7,500 show episodes.
The service will have a number of features aimed at creating a simple and user-friendly experience. Disney+ will launch with up to seven streaming profiles available to users. This allows each user to get their own recommended section based on their own viewing history. The mobile app for the streaming service will also allow for offline downloads. Additionally, Disney previously announced bundle options for the streaming service.
