DiligenceSquared Introduced the DiligenceSquared Voice Agents

DiligenceSquared launched the 'DiligenceSquared Voice Agents' an AI-powered service for private equity firms, featuring voice agents that conduct customer interviews and surface commercial insights.

The startup was founded by ex-Blackstone principal Frederik Hansen and former BCG consultant Søren Biltoft and debuted after joining YC’s Fall 2025 cohort. The platform pairs automated interviews with senior human consultants who validate findings and synthesize results into reports. DiligenceSquared’s model combines conversational AI, transcript analysis and proprietary synthesis workflows to replicate consultancy-style commercial research at lower cost.

Since its October debut the company said it completed projects for large PE firms and mid-market funds and closed a $5 million seed round led by Damir Becirovic’s Relentless. For buyers this lowers the price and timing barrier for early-stage diligence, letting firms commission rigorous customer research earlier in deal pipelines.
