COACH Launched a Digital Bag for a "Metaverse Fashion Week" Store

COACH has created a digital COACH bag which will be sold in a virtual store during "Metaverse Fashion Week." Metaverse Fashion Week will be held from March 24th to March 27th, 2022 at 'Decentraland.' Decentraland is a metaverse-targeted virtual world comprised entirely of content owned by various users and entities.

The COACH bag will be part of the 'republiqe x Monnier Paris' store, which is a joint venture between the Metaverse fashion house republiqe and the French fashion retailer Monnier Paris. This store will function similarly to a physical store, however customers will attend the store virtually. The republiqe x Monnier Paris store will be online 24/7 throughout the Metaverse Fashion Week, meaning Metaverse users in any time zone can attend the event at their convenience.

When customers find an item they would like to purchase in the store, they can purchase it directly from the digital store location. This process is similar to an online order where customers enter a shipping address and payment information.
