Kraft's Mochi Mochi sakura dessert cheese boasts a unique color, taste and texture thanks to added glutinous powder that makes it reminiscent of a sakura mochi. In Japan, sweetened cheese products are popular because of how well the snacks pair with alcohol and Kraft and Japanese sweets and dairy maker Morinaga Milk Industry are introducing a new sweet treat that's enhanced with the flavors of black honey (kuromitsu) and roasted soybean flour.
The Kraft Mochi Mochi Kinako Cheese made with Kuromitsu combines ingredients that are typically found in traditional Japanese confections like mochi, which are coated in soybean flour and served with a sweet drizzle of syrup. These dessert cheeses offer a different take on traditional foods with a fusion of unique flavors and textures.
