DEMAKERSVAN 'Cinderella' Table is Made From 17th Century Sketches

This 'Cinderella' table from DEMAKERSVAN is simply stunning. Its concave form appears to almost defy gravity, while its plywood striations seem almost otherworldly in such a sinuous piece of furniture.

DEMAKERSVAN made the 'Cinderella' table by inputting 17th-century furniture sketches into a computer program that blended them together into this unreal form that could be produced with an industrial machine.

DEMAKERSVAN says that "Cinderella is about attention and the possibility to make something unique with an intelligent machine that is normally used for mass production." I say that it's a beautiful piece of furniture from a novel concept.
