The CrossRope jump rope is meant for more than just skipping games like Strawberry Shortcake and Double-Dutch. It is an extreme fitness concept that mixes crossfit, skipping and weight training.
The rope will literally whip you into shape through its interchangeable rope and handle system. The system includes seven ropes that differ in weight and two handles that differ in grip. When pairing and interchanging certain parts throughout your workout, you can focus on different body parts and get a full-body workout.
The rope was "developed through a love of jumping," but it’s all about "training harder and training smarter." The CrossRope website even provides jumpers with tips and full workout routines and plans. The workouts are supposed to develop mental strength and physical strength simultaneously.
