Cheese-Flavored Craft Sodas

KD and Solly’s Turn Mac and Cheese Flavor Into Soda

KD is exploring cheese-flavored craft sodas through a limited-edition collaboration with Toronto-based Solly’s Craft Soda. KD x Solly’s Cream Soda combines the nostalgic sweetness of cream soda with a subtle hint of KD’s recognizable cheesy flavor, translating the mac and cheese brand into a carbonated beverage for the first time. Designed to be enjoyed alongside a bowl of KD or independently, the drink maintains Solly’s approach to craft soda with real cane sugar, 45 calories and added fiber.

For KD, the collaboration extends its signature flavor beyond traditional food formats and builds on previous category experiments such as KD Mac & Cheesecake and KD Ramen. Solly’s gains national exposure through an established Canadian brand and expanded distribution through Amazon and participating retailers including Walmart. The limited-edition format also allows both companies to test consumer interest in unconventional sweet-and-savory beverages.
