Ready-to-Sell Sweet Buns

The Country Choice sweet buns are a series of baked goods being added to the brand's confectionery portfolio that are crafted with taste, texture and quality in mind.

The products are reported by the brand to have a new and improved recipe over previous baked goods offered with the same taste and quality, but with a reduction in overall calories. The buns come in three varieties including the Chelsea Bun, Belgian Bun and Cinnamon Bun, which each come individually packaged with an FSC-certified u-card and film wrap. The products are ready to set and come in cases of 24 with a three-day shelf life, while defrosting takes just two-hours.

A spokesperson for the brand spoke further on the Country Choice sweet buns saying, "The new sweet buns come in three varieties. The Belgian Bun is a light, sweet bun with juicy sultanas, and shiny fondant icing, topped with half a red glacè cherry, and has a subtle lemon aroma and taste. The Cinnamon Bun is a round doughy bun filled with sweet, woody cinnamon spice, topped with a soft cream cheese icing and a hint of lemon. Completing the trio is the Chelsea Bun, a sweet, fruity, round, swirled bun with currants and a mixed spice filling, topped with a slightly sticky glaze and crunchy nibbed sugar.”
