Recently, a new COS lookbook was released to promote the brand's Spring 2017 collection for women. In order to maintain the minimalist aesthetic that the brand is so celebrated for, all of the images that comprise the lookbook make use of a rural mountainous landscape as a backdrop.

The female muse that's featured in the new COS lookbook poses in a casual manner to highlight the versatility of the apparel as well -- making it look as though it can be worn in virtually any situation, whether it's for a day out in the city, or a relaxing hike in the valley.

Included in the brand's Spring 2017 collection are various skirts that hit below the knee, flowing blouses that can easily be dressed up and down, button-up shirts, denim jackets, wide-legged pants, and more.
