Seiko is expanding its Seiko Selection range with the ‘HFH006P’ and ‘HFH007P,’ two compact dress watches that offer buyers a smaller, vintage-leaning option without the upkeep of a mechanical watch. Both use battery-powered quartz movements for simple daily wear, with calf leather straps and raised box-style Hardlex crystals that echo older formal watches. Each watch has a 31 mm steel case with a 38 mm lug-to-lug profile.
Quartz power keeps upkeep lower than that of a mechanical watch, while magnetic resistance and a push-button folding clasp suit daily wear. In Japan, both are priced at ¥34,100 and are scheduled to go on sale Nov. 20. The ‘HFH006P’ is marked as shop-exclusive, while the ‘HFH007P’ remains listed on Seiko’s online store.
At ¥34,100, Seiko makes small-format dress styling a lower-maintenance purchase, widening the appeal of watches with retro cues for people who want the look without mechanical upkeep.
