It is crazy to think that even with all of the information out there about healthy living these days, parents are still allowing their children to get away with eating junk; the Colour Me Healthy Book hopes to go to the source of the problem by instilling important habits at a younger age. It is a coloring book with a specific mission: It shows that junk food is ugly and miserable while healthy food is pleasing and happy.

A collaborative creation between Dazed & Confused designer Claude d’Avoine and illustrator Tom Edwards, the Colour Me Healthy Book will endlessly entertain kids as it guides them to eat their fruits and veggies. There are vomiting donuts and angry pancakes to color. d'Avoine points out, "There’s something so visually stimulating about the colour of healthy food, the mere sight the healthy food spectrum instantly makes you feel better!"
