The MOMO x Tate Modern Cold-Brew Coffee Kombucha is Complex

— May 10, 2025 — Lifestyle
The MOMO x Tate Modern Cold-Brew Coffee Kombucha has been launched by the kombucha brand and the namesake Tate Modern museum in London as an unexpected kind of refreshment for consumers to try out this springtime.

The drink starts off with sencha tea as the base for the kombucha before being paired with Rwandan cold brew coffee that work together to achieve the perfect flavor profile with energy-boosting proprieties. The drink is being offered exclusively at Tate Galleries, online from MOMO and at the London Coffee Festival taking place from May 15 to 18, 2025.

MOMO Kombucha Co-Founder Josh Puddle explained the MOMO x Tate Modern Cold-Brew Coffee Kombucha further saying, "We began with a light, refreshing sencha tea as our base: delicate enough to let the fruity notes of the coffee shine through. After a series of cuppings, we selected a naturally processed Rwandan coffee with vibrant notes of strawberry, nectarine, and oolong; creating a well-rounded kombucha with a distinctive coffee flavour with caramel notes that soften the tangy kombucha base, befitting of Tate Modern’s 25th birthday and the truly special Matisse which we have been privileged to use as part of our label.”
