Toronto-based Future Food Studio aims to direct and redefine the future of food "through creative engagement, cultural scanning, content generation, technology development, food design and edible imagination" and via its BEVLAB, the company aims to relate this knowledge with molecular cocktail classes.
Both projects reference each other and are developed by Creative Scientist Dr. Irwin Adam. BEVLAB is able to challenge the perception of traditional beverages, as well as push the boundaries of taste and ingredients. With its relentless experimentation with flavor, technology, food and design, BEVLAB inspires and teaches through cocktail classes and workshops that "explore thematics in and around food thought and culture." From ethereal cloudy alcoholic beverages to straight-up liquid nitrogen, BEVLAB's cocktail classes will definitely be an interesting and mind-blowing experience.
