Sous vide cooking has been a mainstay process in the restaurant industry but hasn't yet taken off in the home kitchen market, so the Chef Sous Vide Machine has been designed as a solution to help change this.
Featuring an automated design that will cook food at the optimal temperature, the cooker can simply be turned on, have food within vacuum-sealed bags placed within and left to prepare on its own terms. The bottom section of the appliance also incorporates a mini oven that can be used rather than turning on the larger one in your kitchen and enabling you to ditch that toaster oven or traditional toaster.
The Chef Sous Vide Machine is the design work of Jaehyuk Lim and identifies potential within the small kitchen appliance market for dual-purpose solutions.
