A new interface between InEvent and the ChatGPT generative AI chatbot from Open AI was recently unveiled. The integration, which makes ChatGPT available directly in the platform, is a first for event technology. Personalization tokens, such as [first name] or [business name], can be included right into the text that ChatGPT produces. The integration may also be used for posting polls, taking surveys, or moderating Q&A at in-person events and conferences.
“For years, it has been our continued goal to innovate and fine-tune the event management process to be as easy as clicking a button, and we believe that ChatGPT moves us closer in that direction,” said InEvent CEO Pedro Góes.
In addition, ChatGPT is now an option in the text editor for the email and landing page section, allowing event planners to save time and create promotional copy for their events.
