Cham Pack expands the Merrell 1TRL lineup with the return of the Cham Redux alongside the new Cham Redux Sieve. First introduced for SS25, the Cham Redux has become a key silhouette within the collection, combining archival outdoor references with contemporary materials. N
ew SS26 colorways include Comet and Casper. Plush suede overlays sit over 2Tone Torn Camo mesh detailed with lace-inspired patterns that add texture while maintaining breathability. A toggle lacing system secures the fit, while a molded TPU heel counter provides structure and support. FloatMax™ Foam cushioning runs through the midsole, paired with a grippy outsole designed for varied terrain.
Cham Redux Sieve adapts the silhouette for warmer conditions with a leather and neoprene upper. The design retains the decorative mesh detailing found on the Cham Redux but replaces the toggle laces with an adjustable strap closure across the foot. Both models continue Merrell 1TRL's approach of blending outdoor performance with fashion-led design. The Cham Redux and Cham Redux Sieve launched globally through Merrell 1TRL and selected retailers on June 11.

What's Driving This Trend
- Fashion-led Trail Footwear
- Hybrid trail silhouettes are opening space for products that pair technical cushioning and terrain grip with streetwear aesthetics and archival outdoor cues.
- Breathable Camo Materials
- Textured camouflage mesh with decorative detailing signals potential for performance fabrics that combine ventilation, visual depth, and brand-distinctive patterning.
- Seasonal Adaptive Closures
- Warmer-weather footwear variations featuring straps, toggles, and open constructions highlight new ways to customize fit systems around climate, comfort, and lifestyle use.
Who This Affects Most
- Outdoor Footwear
- Performance shoe brands can differentiate through crossover designs that serve hiking, travel, and casual fashion without relying on traditional rugged styling alone.
- Technical Textiles
- Material suppliers are positioned around demand for breathable meshes, neoprene blends, suede overlays, and patterned fabrics that elevate both function and visual identity.
- Fashion Retail
- Selective retail launches and limited seasonal colorways create opportunities for merchants to treat outdoor-performance products as collectible lifestyle drops.
