The Larder & Vine x Joe Sasto collection consists of three primary items — a skillet, a chef's pan, and a braiser, all finished in a distinctive purple color named 'Grappa.' The design of the cast-iron cookware line incorporates brushed gold accents and features personalized elements, including an engraving of the chef's mustache on the lid knobs and his signature on the base. The cookware is promoted for its ability to handle high oven-safe temperatures, a multi-layer enamel coating for even heating, and a construction free from specific chemicals like PFAS. The launch is timed to coincide with the release of the chef's upcoming cookbook.
