Japanese brand BEAMS PLUS works in collaboration with American heritage label L.L. Bean on the signature Canvas Gumshoe silhouette by the ladder brand. The duo give it a makeover that highlights the classy elements of the design whilst also nodding to the the heritage label's exploration of street culture recently. It's duck boots were everywhere in 2010 to 2015 in New York.
This re-introduction to the audience taps BEAMS PLUS and its expertise in street culture. The silhouette is constructed from canvas materials at the uppers for sturdiness in two earthy colorway options of either olive green or beige. There are also padded collars that wrap around the ankles detailed with brown leather trimmings at the upper heel, the tongue edges, and the quarters.
