Calorie counting is one of if not the hardest part of dieting as it requires a strong will and an active understanding of not only your own caloric intake but also portion size and proportions. These photos outline that dieting and eating right isn’t always as simple as calorie counting would have you think but at the very least we can get a decent amount of bacon in.
