Bonchon is expanding its Korean-inspired menu with buldak-inspired udon noodles that combine fiery chicken, thick wheat noodles, and melted mozzarella cheese. The new K-Fire Chicken Udon brings together the intense heat of Korean fire chicken and the richness of cheese, offering a different take on traditional stir-fried noodle dishes.
The limited-time Udon Obsession collection also includes two returning favorites. Bulgogi Stir-Fry Udon features beef, Soy Garlic sauce, and vegetables, while Bacon Kimchi Stir-Fry Udon combines kimchi, bacon, spicy sauces, and a fried egg. All three dishes are available for dine-in, pickup, and delivery through March 2027.
For Bonchon, the expanded lineup creates opportunities to attract customers interested in Korean flavors while encouraging existing guests to revisit familiar dishes. Offering different levels of heat also broadens the menu's appeal across varying spice preferences.
