Interactive Brunch Cocktail Programs

Snooze Eatery Adds DIY Mimosas And New Dishes

Snooze Eatery expanded its brunch lineup with a Build Your Own Mimosa program that hands mixing to the table, plus two cocktails and a slate of new and reimagined dishes. The program is available by the glass or by the bottle and sits alongside Snooze's revised menu offerings.

The refreshed food menu includes Smoked Salmon Benny with olive-oil focaccia, herbed cream cheese and cream cheese hollandaise, Crispy and Smothered Breakfast Burritos, Breakfast Tacos, Pumpkin Pecan Pie Pancakes and Tiramisu French Toast. The bar additions pair those plates with the Strawberry Morning Marg and the Paloma, giving guests boozy and bright options to match savory and sweet choices.

Giving guests control over mimosas creates a more social, hands-on brunch experience and encourages tasting and sharing across the table. Seasonal items rotate while some dishes join the permanent menu, offering return reasons and broader beverage flexibility for diners.
