CMF by Nothing is bringing active noise cancelling to a more affordable pair of wireless earbuds with the Buds Neo. Part of the brand’s CMF lineup, the earbuds combine a compact charging case with features that are typically associated with more expensive models.
With ANC switched off, the Buds Neo are rated for up to 52 hours of battery life with the charging case. Their 35dB Active Noise Cancelling is designed to reduce surrounding noise, giving the earbuds added versatility for everyday listening, commuting and travel.
The launch reflects how budget earbuds are increasingly competing on features as well as price. Alongside affordability, longer battery life and noise cancellation are becoming part of the package shoppers can expect from lower-cost wireless audio.
