Bangs have seen a revival in modern hairstyles for women, but as the gallery shows, the fringed look is also proving to be pretty popular with fashion-conscious males too. The style ranges from brow-skimming, to longer, layered looks. In fact, some are sporting lengths that fall below their lashes, causing the hair to actually move with each blink.
After celebrities first sport a look, it's only a matter of time before it's adopted by the mainstream.
Featured in the gallery is Chace Crawford who plays a preppy high schooler in Gossip Girls and has longer, sweeping bangs. Ashton Kutcher, on the other hand, has shorter, piecey bangs. It's slightly dorky, but he pulls it off. Brad Pitt, on the other hand, makes the feathered, side-swept look broodingly hot. Pete Wentz, of Fall Out Boy, rocks one of the most popular manstyles this year, the asymmetrical emo look. Finally, Zac Efron of Highschool Musical takes it back to the '60s with the bowl cut.
