Resembling something Patrick Bateman from 'American Psycho' might wear, these Nike LeBron 13 'Halloween' basketball sneakers come in a ghostly white colorway. Where the shoes really stand out however is the bloody red speckled design that is featured throughout the bottom outsole of the shoe. A red blood-spattered effect is featured on the sneakers and is even included on the tips of the shoe's laces as well for an extra decorative element.
