The Blonk App Requires Users to Record Short Clips for Interviews

The Blonk app allows employers to connect with potential hires on a visual level. On top of linking leaders with new talent, the system also requires each member to record a short, 20-second video responding to Peter Thiel's well-known interview question: "What is the one thing I believe that everybody disagrees with me about?"

By providing frank and up front answers, companies receive a window to the true personality of employee prospects. At the same time, Blonk members also get to scan the system for language and performance skills.

As the question posed by Thiel is a tricky one, these pre-recorded answers allow employers to sift through different levels of expertise and select the best takes on this complex topic that often perplexes candidates.
