Bliss Revives Its Iconic Bliss Girl for a New Generation

Bliss is reviving its original Bliss Girl character for its 30th anniversary, transforming the illustrated 1990s mascot into a modern social media personality. Played by comedian Veronica Kwiatkowski, the character stars in a 10-episode series that places her in present-day New York City while naturally incorporating Bliss skincare products. The brand also reunited with original illustrator Steven Campbell to update the character for 2026 while preserving her recognizable aesthetic. The campaign will extend offline through an anniversary pop-up in New York City this October.

The revival allows Bliss to use its brand archives as a contemporary marketing tool rather than relying solely on product-focused advertising. Familiar imagery can reconnect the company with longtime customers while introducing its personality to younger TikTok and Instagram audiences. Connecting the campaign with newer Bliss Pro products also helps bridge the brand’s heritage and current portfolio, potentially driving product discovery through entertainment-led content and experiential retail.
