A new Blackmagic Design camera was recently announced, which is titled the Blackmagic 6K Pocket Cinema Camera. the new product is an update to its previous pocket-sized cinema camera model. The new Blackmagic Design camera has a micro 4/3 mount and an EF lens mount. Other changes to the camera include a larger opening to allow for bigger optics. The new model has a $2,495 price point an is currently available.
Many of the technical aspects of the camera are similar to the previous model. The new model has the same 25,600 ISO as the previous model, as well as 13 stops of dynamic range. Other features that are the same as the previous model include internal 3D Luts and a 5" inch camera display system.
