California lifestyle clothing brand PacSun recently designed the woman’s ‘Been Trill’ swimsuit range that plays off of the adopted hip-hop culture slang word "trill."
If you’re wondering what the word trill even means, you are not alone. In hip-hop lingo, trill is an adjective used to describe someone who is well-respected and truly real. PacSun cleverly capitalizes on the popularity of using the word in colloquial conversation by dedicated an explicitly girls-only swimsuit range to ‘trill’ living. There are four different swimsuits in the collection and each creatively incorporates the trill saying into its design. With hot cutouts, sultry one-pieces, black and white color scheme and blood-dripping fonts, these suits are seductively eye-catching. The ‘Been Trill’ collection is available at PacSun shops.
