Battle Tag Brings Back Laser Gaming Showdowns

Throughout childhood, the best birthday parties involved junk food and Lazer Tag. Though Lazer Tag has since taken a back seat to video games, Ubisoft is bringing it back with Battle Tag.

Battle Tag is the modernized version of Lazer Tag--but way more fun. The pistol has a dashboard that gives you information on health points and ammo, so now you actually have to reload instead of just pointlessly shooting unlimited rounds. When your life points are low, you must use a life pack to bring your health back up! Think of it as Counter Strike, but placed in the real world (and no one dies). There's also a speaker on the side of the barrel, so that you get updates of the game from your computer wirelessly.

If Battle Tag makes its way back into establishments, I'd have no problem taking over the place for my birthday party.
