Eggs are often used in cooking as binders to keep doughs, mixtures and sauces together making them a vital ingredient in dozens of recipes. However, if you are avoiding eggs for personal or dietary reasons there are a variety of food options you can use to replace eggs in recipes but still achieve a perfect end result.
