Fairmont Waterfront’s ARC Restaurant has partnered with HYPE Chocolate to introduce an exclusive Artisanal Ice Cream Pop-Up, offering a unique culinary experience in downtown Vancouver. This collaboration celebrates local craftsmanship and sustainability, featuring innovative ice cream flavors inspired by the hotel's rooftop garden and coastal surroundings.

The pop-up showcases distinctive offerings such as a 'Lemon,' 'Wildflower Honey' & 'Thyme' sorbet, reflecting ingredients from Fairmont Waterfront’s own rooftop garden and bee apiary. Other notable flavors include 'Salted Chocolate,' incorporating sea salt from Vancouver Island, and a 'Vanilla Bean & Brown Butter Croissant' ice cream adorned with edible gold. Additionally, HYPE Chocolate's seasonal B.C. berry cups topped with warm chocolate are available, providing a decadent summer treat.

Open on weekends from 11 AM to 7 PM throughout July, August, and the first two weeks of September, the pop-up is situated adjacent to ARC Restaurant’s patio, inviting guests to indulge in these artisanal creations while enjoying the scenic waterfront views.
