There is a sweetness about the Anna Sui Resort 2014 collection that recalls the attitude and spirit of the 1930s. Although the tailoring might be modern, the silhouettes do have a vintage feel to them as well. Full of feminine patterns, Anna Sui reveals, "I'm crazy about conversational prints. It's just in the air." The soft polka dots and other geometric-inspired patterns do complement the flowy fabrics perfectly. Of course, she uses more youthful imagery as well in the form of cats, apples and hearts. But the cool palette keeps the styles from being too saccharine.

Finished with a strong bohemian influence, the Anna Sui Resort 2014 collection is made for exotic and cultural getaways. Sui goes on to state, "Resort is always great because you can have fun with it."
