The Anna Langdon Fall/Winter 2012 Collection premiered at the L’Oreal Melbourne fashion festival but it could have easily been at an over-the-top vintage Christmas sweater party.
The clothing line featured knitted sweaters that were brightly colored and showcased big pictures of animals on the chest and sleeves. One model was even wearing a piece of headgear that resembled a pink snowflake with a deer popping out of it. Other models were sporting old-style ski hats that had multiple patterns on them—a style very reminiscent of someone on a ski vacation in the 1980s.
The Anna Langdon Fall/Winter 2012 Collection—while certainly eccentric—offers a bold, vintage-inspired twist on cold weather apparel.
