Amazon Music Maestro Turns Prompts into Entire Playlists

Amazon Music Maestro is a generative AI-powered playlist feature that turns music lovers' prompts into entire playlists. The new feature works with natural language prompts to create playlists based on sounds, activities, emotions and even emojis—Maestro turned a prompt with the crying and spaghetti emojis into a playlist called "Caceo e Pepe + Tears" featuring songs by Adele and Sam Smith.

Amazon Music Maestro is available in beta to a handful of Amazon Music users in the United States on iOS and Android, and it will be more widely available in time. Currently, Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers can listen to Maestro playlists instantly, save them for later and share them with friends. Prime members and users on the ad-supported free tier get to listen to 30-second previews of the AI-generated playlists before saving them.
