The Otter AI Meeting Agent Allows Participants to Ask Questions

The Otter AI Meeting Agent has been updated by the company to offer call participants with the ability to interact with the tool in new way that will streamline efficiency for everyone. The tool can now be spoken to directly from within the call and asked questions related to the company's meeting data base, while also supporting users when asking them to schedule meetings in the future and draft emails. The artificial intelligence (AI)-powered capability can be used on Zoom calls with support for Google Meet and Microsoft Teams coming in the weeks ahead.

The newly updated Otter AI Meeting Agent is launching alongside the Sales Agent that will offer individuals with live coaching to assist them when on calls to help close deals and even deal with complaints.
