Finding a job often means tailoring your CV to each application and working out which training could improve your chances. Geographic Solutions is adding AI tools to its VOS Sapphire workforce platform to help with both, including a resume review feature that checks the content, layout and suitability for applicant tracking systems (ATS). A new Program Finder also helps users explore education and training opportunities.
The update, VOS Sapphire AI+ Version 25, is designed for workforce agencies, employers and job seekers using the American Job Center system. It runs on Azure OpenAI and is already in use in Georgia and Texas, where more than 170,000 users have recorded around 2.5 million job-search actions through the platform’s AI features.
By bringing CV feedback and training searches into one system, the update gives job seekers more ways to get guidance without having to arrange every step through a workforce agency. It also gives public-sector employment services another way to make routine support available online.
