Helping a friend find a job just got a lot more rewarding thanks to Advise Me Jobs. Advise Me Jobs is a new German website that connects companies and professionals in an attempt to help fill open positions sooner.
To use the service, companies first post a position and a minimum bounty of 500 euros (about $718.) Registered users of Advise Me Jobs are then sent an email or SMS message about the position and bounty. These "scouts" then actively work to find a suitable person in their network of contacts to fill the position so that they can claim the bounty, which can be split up to four different ways. The site is currently is beta, and ads are free for companies to post up until the end of August.
