The Adult Tool Kit from Michael Reynolds and Jeff Zimmerman was designed more as a collection of art and less as a set of sex toys. Zimmerman, a glass artist, hand-blew each item in the kit using black glass. The result is a set of sleek adult toys that would be more at home in an art gallery than an XXX store.
Reynolds originally came up with the Adult Tool Kit after seeing a piece in Zimmerman's shop that looked phallic. The two creatives (Reynolds edits for design outlet Wallpaper* magazine) were joined by hairstylist Peter Matteliano, who crafted the pieces with hair. Although the Adult Tool Kit looks ready to go, Reynolds says they are meant to be admired, not to be used. Spoiler alert: Sticking glass into your body can be dangerous.
