While inside of a grocery store, the tool can analyze each shopper's personal data and send notifications based on the gathered information. For example, upon entering a store, an individual who usually buys sweet treats may receive a notification informing them that a brand of cookies they've bought in the past is currently on sale.

While the technology is still in a prototype phase, the brand imagines that it would be used in an app form that allows shoppers to agree to being tracked. Hoping to merge the online and offline world, the new Adobe Cloud Platform hopes to help consumers make the most of their shopping experience.
