Adidas Takes a Different Design Approach to the Adi-Rise Mid Trainers

— March 25, 2011 — Fashion
Adidas' Adi-Rise Mid Trainers have caught my interest since I'm so used to the brand's traditional low-top shoes that have made the company so well-known in the sportswear market.

The Adi-Rise Mid Trainers may not look like an Adidas shoe for those who aren't too familiar with the brand. The design doesn't incorporate the traditional three-stripe pattern on both sides; instead, the Adi-Rise is a one-tone black color that is highlighted with a white sole. This basketball- and street-inspired product is made from leather with suede outlines encompassing the body of the shoe. There is also a Velcro strap that overlaps the front, as well as the Adidas flower logo on the tongue.

The Adi-Rise Mid Trainers are part of the new adidas Originals collection currently available.
