Seiko and Issey Miyake Have Collaborated to Create the 1/6 Watch

SEIKO has collaborated with Issey Miyake in order to produce the 1/6 watch. The 1/6 watch features a simplistic design, that is intended to emphasize traditional watches in a digital age. Keeping with this theme, the watch has mechanical components.

The watch's mechanical movement system will rotate at 2,160 RPM. The movement system is able to create a power reserve for up to 41 hours. The face of the watch features a double-layered face that measures in at 43mm, and features a minimalist design.

The 1/6 watch will be available in three different color themes, including a silver model, a black model, and one that combines both colors.
