Just a 20-something-year-old student who has, after MUCH careful thought and consideration, not to mention two programs later, finally decided journalism is the best career path and I couldn't ask for anything better to suit my writing needs and desires (until I get writer's block - then we have a problem).

What is unique that's not in your bio?

If sleeping or eating McDonalds were Olympic sports, I would win.

What's your favorite accomplishment?

At this moment, getting my article printed on the front page of the school newspaper.

How do you define cool?

Super weird with a side of awkward.

What is your secret to uncovering trends?

Waiting until they are almost gone and then BRINGING SEXY BACK.

What do you enjoy most about Trend Hunter?

I am constantly opening pages to reveal trends and ideas that I would have never in my lifetime thought of. I am amazed and astonished that I can spend hours being completely mesmerized by pictures and posts.

What is your favorite trend?

Colourful and completely wacky socks (plain white socks are prohibited)

What are your tips for writing a juicy post?

Interesting choice of words, a bit of humour and possibly some sort of shock value.

How do you reset to be creative?

Take a step back for a bit (an hour, day, week) and then come back to it later.

What inspires or excites you?

1. Hard work paying off. 2. People working harder than I am.

Predict something awesome for 2020?

Laughing at everything that was trending 10 years ago. EW, colourful socks are sooo 2010.
