Uniqlo Reveals a Collection Featuring Sofia Copolla

Uniqlo has released a new 'Celebrating Sofia Coppola UT' collection featuring the renowned filmmaker Sofia Coppola and the iconic scenes from her films. Sofia Coppola, daughter of famous filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola, is an Academy Award-winning filmmaker who made acclaimed films like Lost in Translation and Marie Antoinette.

The six-piece UT collection consists of t-shirts and a tote bag, with motifs from the filmmaker's films -- such as The Virgin Suicides, Lost in Translation, Marie Antoinette, Somewhere, and The Bling Ring. Uniqlo particularly chose these films to design from because they appeal to all demographics. Sofia Coppola spoke about the collaboration, saying: "I am so happy to have this project celebrating my work and hope people will enjoy the T-shirts as a token of the films that are so much a part of my life. They are a great reminder of the collaborators I worked with and the creative experience we shared." The collection is available for purchase.
