The experiential agency Pop Up Mob helped to bring the science of Olaplex to life through a multi-day pop-up experience in New York’s SoHo neighbourhood. The goal of the activation was to serve as an official launchpad for the company's Olaplex Nº 3 PLUS, a next-generation hair repair treatment.
The Olaplex Lab by Pop Up Mob and Olaplex provided consumers with an immersive environment where visitors could directly engage with the brand’s bond-building technology through hands-on discovery. The activation incorporated FitSkin hair scanning stations, which offered detailed individualized damage analysis of one's hair. The pop-up also boasted a before-and-after wall where guests could physically touch treated hair to feel the difference, and magnified lens stations providing up-close views of the repair results that the Olaplex Nº 3 PLUS helped bring about.
